Day 1: Trusting Beyond Understanding

Reading: Proverbs 3:5-6

Devotional: Trust looks beautiful on a bumper sticker, but living it requires courage. When we lean on our own understanding, we become exhausted control freaks trying to manage every detail of life. God invites us into something better—complete trust that doesn't depend on our ability to figure everything out. Like driving through dense fog, faith means moving forward even when we can't see what's ahead. Today, identify one area where you're relying on your own understanding rather than God's wisdom. What would it look like to release your grip and trust Him with that situation? Remember, the kingdom of God moves through open hands, not clenched fists.
